She has appeared in numerous commercials and movies filmed in Hawaii. Some of those include: In God's Hands, 50 First Dates, Hawaii and Magnum PI just to name a few. She has also appeared in some print ads and has won the title of Miss Congeniality and 3rd runner up in a local pagent.

Besides being involved in Acting and Modeling, Fran is a Real Estate Agent licensed here in the State of Hawaii, and is also a Certified Medical Assistant.

When Fran is not working, she enjoys traveling, shopping, dining and singing karaoke.
